Wedding Planning Checklist

Along with providing Wedding DJ services, we are also event planners that help Brides & Grooms plan every facet of their wedding.

Reception planning starts with the cocktail hour, introduction of the bridal party, toasts, cake cutting, first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance and bouquet/garter toss. Every reception is different but we’re here to help set the perfect musical backdrop to anything your event will include.

step 1:

step 2:

Complete our wedding planning form

We will request that our Bride & Groom fill out one of our "Wedding Planning Forms". We can supply this form via e-mail. Bride and Grooms find this form very useful in helping choose some of the most important formalities of the evening. We will then use this completed form to create an itinerary that will be used as a guideline for the reception. During the event, we will work very closely with the banquet facility, caterer, photographer and videographer to coordinate each part of the reception. Our DJ/MC’s make sure that everyone is aware of what’s going to happen next. This preparation leads to a perfect and worry free event for you and your guests.

step 3 (2 weeks before wedding):

Finalize your playlist

Music makes every event special. Click Here for a partial list of songs we have in our vast music library. See if our favorites match yours. If you don’t see your favorite song, we most likely have it. Playing the music, you and your guests want to hear is our #1 goal.

step 4 (1 week before wedding):

Final check-in

This final step is very important since last minutes changes will most likely happen. At this point, we still have time to make changes. Once this last step is done, we are ready to go!
